You will be responsible for handling call & back office activities ( private & business customers), resolution, follow-up on costumer issues, cardholders' services.
° Fluent in Dutch, French, German and English
° Speaking Luxemburgish is considered a strong advantage.
-Helpdesk or call center experience is mandatory, finanical experience considered as an asset;
-Ability to use MS Office Pack, Internet, Outlook;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, service minded, active listening and result oriented;
-Attention to detail;
-Self-discipline, flexibility and proactivity are your strengths and allow you to adapt to your audience and the diverse issues that you need to address;
-Ability to work Under pressure and stress with costumers;
-Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
This role requires to work 5 days / 40 hours per Week, shift based, during the call center opening hours (Monday to Friday / 7.00 AM - 9.00 PM; with a shift rotation on Saturdays from 8.00 AM until 6.00 PM).
