Administrative Assistant

Job description and duties:

Corporate administration, office management and logistics: 

Reception desk and secretarial tasks
Supplies and procurement management 
Coordination with our external IT service provider 
Contribution to corporate services functions, including HR, safety and BCP procedures

Fund business activities: 

Fund/investment notification processing, liaising with internal teams and clients
Hands-on support to our client and central administration teams, thus gaining further, in-depth insight into the investment fund business

Compétences requises du profil

Knowledge, skills and experience required: 

Bachelor degree in relevant studies 
Perfect command of written and spoken English and German 
Relevant proficiency of standard office applications 
Excellent autonomy and organizational skills 
Discreet, reliable and punctual 
2-3 years of practical experience in a comparable role and the command of French would be considered as additional advantages
