My client is looking for a candidate to join their team in order to handle the office and facility Management. Being an international structure, they are looking for a person with fluent French and English skills. Moreover they need a proactive, hands-on person who would like to handle diversified tasks. An experience of at least 8 years in a similar role would be required.
Experienced Office Manager - Private Bank - Luxembourg (m/f)
Handling upcoming requests related to Office Management (stock management, order management,...);
Filing and scanning of documents;
Managing incoming calls, greeting clients and preparation of board rooms;
Preparation of office orders (stationary, coffee & fruit supply etc);
Office maintenance (mainly liaising with cleaning staff or building management company etc);
Point of contact for IT related issues;
Basic accounting tasks.
A solid experience (minimum 8-10 years) in Office/Facility Management;
Ideally in a Banking environment;
Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
High degree of autonomy;
Interested to develop new skills;
Hands-on attitude and can-do mentality;
Fluent in English and French.
