Description du poste

MANPOWER Luxembourg SA is recruiting for one of he’s clients, a well-known Brazilian bank:

Receptionist clerck (H/F)


• Collect the Bank’s daily mail at the box and prepare outgoing courier to be dispatched via DHL (or similar service provider)
• Controls the utilization of the postage meter and the expedition of the Bank’s outgoing mail
• Ensures daily management of phone calls – takes and relay messages addressed to other staff members
• Welcomes visitors, clients and providers and register them in the system – Creation of bank access card for visitors (long stay)
• Control of the availabilities of meeting rooms for visitors and staff members
• Control and reception of deliveries of supplies / control and prepare invoices related to the reception tasks for payment
• Controls the stock of office and kitchen supplies
• Prepares and purchases the supplies needed – Reception and control of the supplies

Maintenance and Repairs
• Performs small office repairs (electricity – security etc)
• Transports/moves furniture or equipment
• Transports/moves/destroy archives
• Calling and assisting technicians when problems with equipment within the office

Compétences requises du profil

• Minimum High school diploma related to the area of expertise
• At least 3 years of experience within Reception or facilities positions
• Strong written and communication skills and multi-tasking skills,
• Good knowledge of computer-based tools ( Word, Excel, Power-Point) and Outlook
• Fluent in foreign languages useful for the position: English, Portuguese and French are mandatory, Luxemburgish considered as an advantage
• Facilities skills in electricity; security and maintenance of the building
