In the development of its “Trusted Services Europe”, EBRC is looking for a: Business Manager BELUX (M/F) - Permanent Contract who will be in charge of developing the organization’s market position, sales opportunities and ensure long term partnership development with customers as well as other industry players, in line with the business strategy and objectives of the company.

Business Manager BELUX (M/F) - Permanent Contract
Sell and promote the company’s managed services and advisory offerings and provide innovative IT solutions tailored to clients’ business requirements
Manage the full commercial process, from first contact through to contract negotiations, being focused on establishing long-term relationships with customers
Create and develop a client portfolio in relevant industry sectors in the country (banking & financial services, space, institutional & governmental, health care, etc.)
Develop and implement a portfolio strategy to build a pipeline for future business opportunities
Interact at all levels of client organizations in order to establish and develop profitable business relationships, developing an understanding for C-level business requirements and service expectations
Open to travel regularly in line with business requirements
Understand and promote the benefits of aligning IT to business requirements using an outsourcing service partner
Identify opportunities to provide advisory to customers based on a strong understanding of their business specifics, related regulatory requirements, etc.
Develop and present sound business conclusions from gathered information, communicate and translate these into customer solutions internally
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on customer businesses and potentially connected opportunities for the company
Coordinate and participate in call for tender and assimilated processes.
10 years of experience with a successful sales track record in the local ICT sector in a B2B setup
Excellent knowledge of the local market with a solid network in the industry
Strong ability to lead business development initiatives and build partnerships
Deep understanding of existing technology and a passion for proposing tailored solutions to customer businesses
Consultative selling style, combining effective listening and questioning skills
Business oriented approach with an ability to translate needs into high added value solutions and promote these within the company’s customer base as well as internally
Used to fast moving business environments with a demonstrated ability to cope with change and identify opportunities
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a high level of business acumen
Fluency in English and French are mandatory, any other European language, especially German or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
