Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Logistics Manager of the company and assisting him in operating the most efficient logistic network of warehouses and road transport in Europe.
Key Duties of this position :
Warehouse distribution logistics consisting in :
Collecting weekly / monthly stocks information from several warehouses,
Monitoring and controlling of products movements in the warehouses at a daily, weekly and monthly rate
Arranging once a year all contracts related to the deliveries ex Warehouses to final destinations by silo trucks / trailer trucks
Keeping contact to and frequently visiting all existing warehouses
Warehouses projection

arehouse procurement logistics consisting in :
Preparing monthly Purchase Plans
Sending shipment purchases to parent company for European warehouses,
Entering all shipment information into Online System,
Following all daily logistics works,
Checking all products invoices for ships and containers, which are coming into stocks,
Checking all logistics related invoices (warehouse, transport, barges, etc)
Performing any additional tasks given by CEO and Logistics Manager.
High school education or equivalent
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is mandatory and knowledge of French, German, Italian and/or any other languages would be a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, multi-task, proactive and team player
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoying working with figures
Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Wide availability/flexibility for business trips
A valid class B driver’s license.
